  14. Material that you post on ecofactory may not be removed as it is considered a part of the site once submitted. Requests for edits to certain content may be fulfilled at our sole discretion. Before submitting your work, make sure you are submitting the content the way you would like it appear as we may not alter it once it is posted.
  15. You must not violate the intellectual property rights of others in conjunction with your use of ecofactory including the infringement of copyrights.
  16. We will review claims of copyright infringement and may, according to our judgment, remove material posted or submitted in violation of any such laws.     17. Your violation of any of these agreements may result in the termination of your ecofactory.com user account and a potential ban on your IP. By agreeing to these terms of use, you hereby agree that ecofactory cannot be responsible for the activity of certain users and the content they submit and that while we have these restrictions in place, we cannot guarantee you will not be subjected to objectionable material or other violations of our terms of use, and that you agree to use our website at your sole description and that you assume a level of risk in doing so.
