We really appreciate your interest in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, all products are returnable within 30 days of you receiving your product. Products must be returned in their original packaging and returned to us in new and re-sellable condition. You must first request and receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER which must be written clearly on the exterior of the package you are returning. To request a return authorization number, email us with your order number and "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line. In the body, please include reasons and details why you are requesting a return.
Unless otherwise stated, returned products must be shipped back at your cost. Unless otherwise stated, you will receive a refund for the product, less our cost for shipping and handling.
We care greatly about the condition of the product(s) you receive. While damages are rare, when they do occur, it is our responsibility to make things right. If you notice damage to the exterior of a package you receive, please indicated that when signing a form from the freight company. We may request digital pictures and in some cases we will issue a return label to get the product back for inspection.
Report any damages within 24 hours of receiving the product so we may process a claim with the carrier and get your replacement out as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise stated, each product sold includes a one year guarantee to be free of manufacturer's defects. Some products may indicate a longer or shorter warranty on the product page, so please be sure to check. Products that are defective may be replaced or repaired at our discretion, however, we may require digital pictures and/or the return of the said product. After inspection and the determination that the product is defective, a repair or replacement will be authorized.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued and clearly written on the exterior box of any product shipped back to us.
